Hey gals! So, I just read that kale is super healthy, lots of nutrition. So, of course I bought some! Then I got home and realized I have no clue how to prepare this! O.o
Any one have any favorite recipes? Or any at all? Thanks in advance ladies!

Love kale. Kale chips, kale caeser salad, sauteed with other veggies, added to soup, etc. Many ways to serve:)

I've only tried it once. I sautéed it with some garlic. My family didn't care for it. :/ I would like to try kale chips before I completely give up on it.

Did it taste bitter? Like spinach?

A little. It's not as tender as spinach.

I make kale chips and add it to smoothies.

My family is not at all picky, but they only way they will eat kale is kale chips or in soup.

This was very unusual, and interesting. Crispy crunchy.

Cut out center rib from kale, tear into pieces. Place in a ziplock plastic food storage bag with a little olive oil, and a tiny sprinkle of seasoned salt (careful-it gets concentrated. I got the first batch too salty). Rub between your hands to get oil and salt thoroughly mixed. Spread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and place in a preheated 350 oven. Bake 5-10 minutes until just crisp. Watch carefully.

It's great to add into any soup. Kale chips are really easy to make, just sprinkle with oil and salt, and bake until they're a little crispy.

I also made this really great kale stuffed bread last week, the recipe came from my grocery store's free magazine... I'll see if I can find and repost.

I add it to smoothies in the morning.  Along with some almond milk, banana, and protein powder.  It's great in my Vitamix.

I've also stir fried it with some whole wheat penne, turkey sausage, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes.
