February 10 – 16, 2013


Sunday:

breakfast – breakfast bake, veggie juice

lunch – cheese burger salad

dinner – BBQ chicken leg quarters, coleslaw


Monday:

breakfast – almond berry pancakes, veggie juice

lunch – tuna avocado salad

dinner - Italian crockpot roast & veggies (food.com)


Tuesday:

breakfast – scrambled eggs, bacon, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – sausage/peppers/potatoes skillet meal


Wednesday:

breakfast – sausage spinach frittata, veggie juice

lunch – chef salad

dinner – beef & cheese spaghetti squash casserole


Thursday: Valentine's day

breakfast – crepes with cream cheese & lemon sauce

lunch – cheeseburger soup

dinner – meatloaf Florentine (food.com), glazed carrots, pea salad


Friday:

breakfast – omelets, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – crockpot chicken & veggies, beet pickles


Saturday:

breakfast – veggie hash with poached eggs, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers/clean out the fridge

dinner – homemade pizza, salad

Breakfasts - cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, toast, muffins, turkey sausage, waffles. We will have 2-3 of the above items each day.

Lunches - turkey wraps, leftovers, soups, fish sticks, english muffin pizzas, various fruit and veggies as sides.

Dinners - sautéed tilapia with rice and Brussel sprouts, chicken Caesar salads with cheese Texas toast, tacos and corn, tangy meatballs over rice with green beans, spaghetti and salad, eat out once, leftovers once.

In no particular order(feb11-17)

-shrimp scampi pasta w/ salad & strawberries
-garlic breaded chicken breast w/ alfredo pasta & asparagus
-gnocchi in marinara sauce with sugar snap peas & italian bread
-scalloped potato & ham bake with salad
-tacos & mexican rice
Valentine's dinner will be heart shaped pizza(hopefully i can do it) & 1 night we'r doing leftovers

Monday - Chicken Pot Pie
Tuesday - Taco Soup
Wednesday - Chicken Pillows, Rice, Peas
Thursday - Tortellini Primavera, Salad, Garlic Bread
Friday - Fish Sticks, Baked Potatoes, Broccoli
Saturday - Eating at a wedding reception

Tuesday Breakfast waffles
Lunch 1/2 peanut butter sandwich ,blueberries
Supper Buttered Herb Baked Fish ,Mac and cheese , corn
Wednesday Breakfast eggs ,sausage , applesauce
Lunch tv dinner
Supper out because of church
Thursday Breakfast blueberry pancakes
Lunch do your own thing
Out our anniversary
Friday. Breakfast cereal
Lunch do your own thing
Supper a recipe I saw Bobby Deen make Baked Chicken fry streak,baked fried,corn
Saturday French toast ,sausage
Lunch do your own thing
Supper meatloaf ,Brown rice ,carrots

~ Pigs in a Blanket & Chips

 Breakfast and lunch, we usually just fend for ourselves with cereal and leftovers.  Here's what's for dinner (not very exiciting this week):

Sunday:  chicken burgers and fries

Monday: Matt's late night at work, so we fend for ourselves

Tuesday: homemade veggie and pepperoni pizzas

Wednesday: leftover pizza

Thursday: chicken burgers and fries

Friday: Healthified Garlic Shrimp Pasta
