Breakfasts - eggs, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, waffles, and muffins.

Lunches - leftovers, sandwiches, soups, hot dogs.

Snacks/Desserts - hummus, popcorn, fruit, pudding, crackers with cheese, and cookies.

Dinners - BBQ sandwiches with beans and slaw, breaded baked chicken with Mac and cheese and carrots, homemade pizza and side salads, turkey legs and baked sweet potatoes with applesauce, meatball subs with fries and green beans, grilled steaks with rice and broccoli, eat out once.

Sunday:

breakfast - eggs & hash browns, bacon, oranges

lunch – baked chicken breast, asparagus

dinner – cabbage rolls, fruit salad


Monday:

breakfast – sauteed butternut squash with berries and nuts

lunch - soup & salad

dinner - beef roast and mushrooms with gravy, baked potatoes, peas


Tuesday:

breakfast - fluffy coconut flour pancakes, nut butter & berries

lunch - soup & salad

dinner - honey mustard chicken, broccoli


Wednesday:

breakfast - spinach and mushroom pie (no crust), oranges

lunch - orange & berry salad with orange viniagrette dressing, leftover chicken

dinner – grilled salmon, grilled vegetable kabobs


Thursday:

breakfast - poached eggs, hash browns, kiwi and strawberries

lunch - leftover salmon with a salad

dinner - roast chicken, honey-orange glazed carrots, tossed salad


Friday:

breakfast - strawberry smoothies, cinnamon muffins made with coconut flour

lunch - chicken salad with Caesar dressing

dinner – oven beef stew


Saturday:

breakfast - leftover cinnamon muffins, fruit plate, cheese cubes, vegetable juice

lunch – leftovers stew

dinner – grilled pork chops with sweet and sour sauce, grilled vegetable kabobs, grilled pineapple topped with ice cream

Tuesday:

breakfast – breakfast bake, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – tacos


Wednesday:

breakfast – omelets, bacon

lunch – clam chowder, salad

dinner - skillet chicken vesuvius, salad


Thursday:

breakfast – grain-free waffles, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers, salad

dinner - crockpot beef stew, grain-free butter biscuits


Friday:

breakfast – poached eggs, veggie hash, veggie juice

lunch – tuna melts, salad

dinner - crockpot island chicken, salad


Saturday:

breakfast – FFY

lunch – bratwurst, side salad or veggie sticks

dinner - pizza frittata, salad

Breakfasts: eggs, veggie sausage patties, oatmeal, bacon, protein smoothies

Lunch: leftovers,egg, chicken or tuna salad, humus or grilled chicken wraps

Dinners:

Sunday: dinner out

Monday: crock pot vegetarian 3 bean chili, corn bread

Tuesday: easy chicken & wine sauce, oven roasted vegetables

Wednesday: mirin glazed salmon, quinoa, asparagus

Thursday: beef, bulgar & eggplant pilaf

Friday: tilapia, mixed vegetables, brown rice

Saturday: roast chicken, potatoes, broccoli

Here is my menu for Sunday 17th to Saturday 23th
Sunday breakfast cereal
Lunch chilli cheese hot dogs
Supper potato soup ,cornbread,pistachio pudding
Monday Breakfast pancakes ,sausage
Lunch 1/2 peanut butter sandwich 1/2 Cup frozen grapes
Supper Becky' s porupine meatloaf ,Brown rice, carrots
Tuesday Breakfast cereal
Lunch tv dinner
Supper meatloaf sandwich, gravy, sweet potato fries
Weds. Breakfast 2 hard boiled eggs ,toast
Lunch hamburger ,1/2 Cup frozen grapes
Supper child cheese hot dogs, wheat thins ,applesauce
Thursday Breakfast out
No lunch feasting for a blood test
Out to break the feast
Friday. Breakfast scrambled eggs, sausage,waffle
Lunch chip and dip
Supper oranges glazed salmon ,lemon almond rice , peas
