March 24 – 30, 2013


Sunday:

breakfast – grilled waffle & fruit sandwiches, veggie juice

lunch – Easter dinner with in-laws

dinner – leftovers from Easter dinner


Monday:

breakfast – ham & eggs, veggie juice

lunch - chef salads

dinner – salisbury patties w/gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans w/mushrooms & bacon


Tuesday:

breakfast – banana pancakes, strawberries, veggie juice

lunch – salmon patties, side salad

dinner – honey mustard chicken, oven fried potatoes, steamed broccoli


Wednesday:

breakfast – chocolate granola, oranges, veggie juice

lunch – doggie skillet meal

dinner – beef roast with mushroom tomato sauce, assorted roasted veggies


Thursday:

breakfast – eggs in ham cups, oranges, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – vegetable meatball medley


Friday:

breakfast – omelets, veggie juice

lunch – tuna, tomato & avocado salad

dinner – artichoke chicken bake


Saturday:

breakfast - FFY

lunch – leftovers

dinner – homemade pizza

Sunday: Easter dinner at my sister's

Monday: Turkey stir fry with Quinoa

Tuesday: Tex Mex casserole, Salad

Wednesday: Pork chops, green beans, baked sweet potatoes

Thursday: Chicken breast, broccoli, pasta

Friday: Salmon, brown rice, beets & mixed greens

Saturday: Steak, baked potato, kale

Sunday - Easter dinner at my grandparents
Monday - Chicken Pot Pie
Tuesday - Pork Roast and Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Wednesday - Angel Chicken, Salad, Garlic Bread
Thursday - Pulled Pork Sandwiches (using leftover roast from Tuesday)
Friday - Tator Tot Casserole, Green Beans
Saturday - Salisbury Steaks and Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Mac N Cheese, Baked Beans
