I do my meal plans from Friday - Thursday to coordinate with my husband's custody schedule with his kids so my meal plan only makes it to the 11th!
Breakfast is whatever we feel like and have time for that day
Lunch - kids eat at school, DH and I take leftovers from dinners
Sunday: Parmesan chicken, butter noodles
Monday: Grill steaks, baked potato, broccoli
Tuesday: Steak fajitas with leftover steak hamburger pizza, since SS ate the leftover steak! :)
Wednesday: homemade sloppy joes, chips
Thursday: chicken and rice, spinach
