Eating organic has become very important to us and our health, so we're going to increase the size of our garden this year.  I have kale, lettuce, beets, carrots, tomatoes, onions, broccoli, summer squash, spaghetti squash, cucumbers, strawberries, and peppers for this year.

We have a HUGE yard, and what we mostly grow in it is overgrown shrubs :D

I have an herb garden in a strawberry pot on the deck.

I plant some herbs too...mainly parsley and basil.  What else do you plant as far as herbs?  Those are the main ones I use the most I think.

I don't. My yard isn't good for much more than a mud slide....lol.

I have a huge garden.  This year I'll be planting all heirlooms:  kale, lettuce mixes, romaine, spinach, purple onions, yellow onions, red cabbage, green cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli, carrots, red beets, golden beets, green beans, carrots, cucumbers, honeydew melon, watermelon, muskmelon, jalepeno peppers, sweet bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, paste tomatoes, regular tomatoes, zucchini, spaghetti squash, butternut squash, and 2 kinds of pumpkins.  I also have several apple trees that will be producing (Yellow Transparent, Gala, Spy, Honeygold), 200 sq. feet of strawberries, a cherry tree (pie cherry) and Concord grape vines.  My herb garden has parsley, oregano, dill, chives, basil.  I also have spearmint, peppermint, and stevia.

What we don't eat fresh is canned, frozen, or dehydrated.
