This meal reminds me of one of my mom's old cook books for some reason. Something you'd make for a dinner party. I guess you'd have to grind up the meat yourself though since I've never seen pre-ground cooked ham?
My mom used to make ham loaf. She just ground the ham up in her food processor, the same way she would do ring bologna for ground bologna sandwiches.
I'm not sure I'd like the ham loaf.
