August 25 – 31, 2013


Sunday:

breakfast – sausage/peppers/eggs skillet breakfast, veggie juice

lunch – beefy mushroom soup, grain-free double chocolate zucchini muffins

dinner – plum-glazed pork chops, baked sweet potatoes, green beans, grain-free apple crisp


Monday:

breakfast – grain-free sweet potato pancakes, veggie juice

lunch - leftover soup & muffins

dinner – honey mustard chicken, oven fries, cheesy cauliflower casserole


Tuesday:

breakfast – Caprese omelets, veggie juice

lunch – tuna patties, side salad

dinner – tacos, salad


Wednesday:

breakfast – dairy-free blueberry banana smoothies, hard boiled eggs

lunch – homemade flatbread pizzas, salad

dinner – hamburger gravy over grain-free biscuits, green beans, tossed salad


Thursday:

breakfast – grain-free blueberry pancakes, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – spinach parmesan chicken, tossed salad


Friday:

breakfast – eggs & pancakes, veggie juice

lunch – creamed tuna & peas over grain-free biscuits

dinner – grilled bratwurst, potato salad, pea salad


Saturday:

breakfast – fend for yourself

lunch – leftovers or chef salad

dinner – pizza & salad

Dinners this week - subject to change, since we are planning a few day trips to end the summer with, so we may wind up eating on the road a few days:

Sunday: Garlic pasta with Lemony Scallops & Tomatoes (weight watchers recipe), sauteed kale

Monday: Italian style stuffed peppers, turnip greens

Tuesday: Grilled chicken sausage, eggplant, potaoes (or cheese steaks in Philadelphia!)

Wednesday: Grilled pork chops, turnip greens, noodles

Thursday: Grilled salmon, broccoli, sweet potato fries

Friday: Plan to be enjoying the day in NYC - will definitely eat dinner there!

Saturday: Grilled lemon & garlic chicken, orzo and spinach

Monday - we ate at KFC with my grandparents that from out of town
Tuesday - Grilled Turkey Tendorloin, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli/Cauliflower/Carrot Medley
Wednesday - Turkey Pot Pie
Thursday - Pork Chops, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Green Beans
Friday - Grilled Chicken, Potatoes, Baked Beans, Salad
Saturday - Grilled BBQ Pork Steaks, Baked Potatoes, Salad
