September 1 – 7, 2013



Sunday:

breakfast – omelets, veggie juice

lunch – bratwurst, tomato and pepper salad

dinner – dinner with in-laws OR potato flake chicken, oven fries, corn on the cob


Monday:

breakfast – sausage/pepper/onions/potatoes/eggs skillet meal, veggie juice

lunch - cheeseburger salad

dinner – grilled steak, potato salad, coleslaw, corn on the cob, brownies, watermelon


Tuesday:

breakfast – sweet potato pancakes (grain-free), veggie juice

lunch – homemade flatbread pizza, salad

dinner – crock pot roast chicken, steamed peas, leftover coleslaw, watermelon


Wednesday:

breakfast – grain-free peach muffins, hard boiled eggs, veggie juice

lunch – chicken Caesar salad

dinner – hamburger mushroom stew, paleo pumpkin muffins, garden salad


Thursday:

breakfast – leftover sweet potato pancakes (grain-free), veggie juice

lunch – leftovers or chicken stew

dinner – chicken alfredo, garden salad


Friday:

breakfast – omelets, sausage, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – beef stroganoff, glazed carrots, garden salad, homemade rocky road pudding


Saturday:

breakfast – fend for yourself

lunch – leftovers

dinner – pizza, salad

September 1st
Sunday--1 Beef, Chicken and Shrimp Kabobs
on the grill
Monday--2 Steaks
Corn on the cob 
Baked Potatoes
on the grill
Tuesday--3 Berry Delicious Barbecue Recipe(TH)
Stuffing
Corn(leftover)
Wednesday--4 Pork Chops
Brown Rice
Green Beans
Thursday--5 Ham, Stringbeans, potatoes(freezer)
Friday--6 Domino's--coupon for free 1 small 1  topping pizza and a 20oz soda
Saturday--7 Leftovers

Sunday: chili

Monday: Grilled steak, chicken and hot dogs, crock pot pulled pork, potato salad, tomato salad, baked beans, lots of desserts (having the family over for a BBQ)

Tuesday: Leftovers!!!

Wednesday: Pasta with beet greens

Thursday: salmon, broccoli, barley

Friday: Pizza, salad

Saturday: easy chicken and wine sauce
