September 29 – October 5, 2013


Sunday:

breakfast – breakfast bake, veggie juice

lunch – cheeseburger salad

dinner – mushroom beef roast, roasted brussel sprouts & carrots & red potatoes, grain-free pumpkin cupcakes w/maple cream cheese frosting


Monday:

breakfast – grain-free pumpkin pancakes or waffles, veggie juice

lunch - salmon croquettes, leftover roasted veggies

dinner – Tuscan chicken stew, mock tiramisu


Tuesday:

breakfast – sausage spinach cheddar frittata, veggie juice

lunch – shepherds pie

dinner – taco salad


Wednesday:

breakfast – grain-free pumpkin “oatmeal”, veggie juice

lunch – leftover taco salad

dinner – smoked sausage skillet dinner


Thursday:

breakfast – poached eggs over liver & bacon hash, veggie juice

lunch – smoked sausage veggie stew

dinner – potato flake chicken, oven fries, green beans, coleslaw


Friday:

breakfast – breakfast bowls

lunch – popcorn shrimp, chef salad

dinner – BBQ meatballs, cheese cubes, coleslaw, veggies & dip


Saturday:

breakfast - FFY

lunch – leftovers/chef salad

dinner – pizza salad
