October 20 – 26, 2013


Sunday:

breakfast – scrambled eggs, cinnamon rolls, veggie juice

lunch – leftover pizza

dinner – sausage pepper potato skillet


Monday:

breakfast – banana waffles, veggie juice

lunch - misc. skillet meal

dinner – bbq beef with red cabbage slaw, carrot souffle


Tuesday:

breakfast – veggie omelet, grain-free blueberry muffins, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – enchilada casserole, apple nachos


Wednesday:

breakfast – carrot cake pancakes, veggie juice

lunch – homemade flatbread pizza

dinner – sweet potato & spinach hash with baked eggs


Thursday:

breakfast – leftover hash & eggs, veggie juice

lunch – chicken marsala, tomato salad

dinner – polish sausage & red cabbage skillet, corn


Friday:

breakfast – caprese omelets, veggie juice

lunch – salmon patties or tuna casserole, side salad

dinner – honey mustard chicken wings, oven fries, steamed peas & carrots


Saturday:

breakfast – fend for yourself

lunch – leftovers

dinner – pizza salad, chicken wings

Sunday - we had a big lunch after Church, so we just snacked
Monday - Baked Potato Soup, Salad
Tuesday - Cream of Chicken, Rice, Green Beans
Wednesday - Sloppy Joe Sandwiches, French Fries
Thursday - We have a dinner at our daughters school
Friday - Pork Chops, Potatoes, Broccoli
Saturday - Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Bread

 How do you make your carrot cake pancakes?  That sounds super yummy!

Breakfast: waffles, fresh fruit, oj/milk
Lunch: leftover manicotti
Dinner: shrimp orzo and salad
Dessert: lemon bars

Wednesday
Breakfast: pancakes, sausage fresh fruit oj/milk
Lunch: left over shrimp orzo
Dinner: baked chicken, Nantucket veggie blend, butternut squash risotto

Thursday
Breakfast: omelettes, fresh fruit toast oj/milk
Lunch: homemade pizza, salad and bread sticks
Dinner: grilled tilapia, veggie blend, salad, rice
Dessert: strawberry cheesecake

Friday
Breakfast: oatmeal, fresh fruit, oj/milk
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cheesy veggie blend

Saturday
Breakfast: biscuits and gravy, fruit oj/milk
Lunch: tortilini soup, French bread, salad
Dinner: lasagna, salad, Italian bread

I can't find my recipe at the moment, but it's pretty easy to find one online.  I use almond flour, coconut milk, shredded carrots, raisins, walnuts, and a few other things.   I whip cream cheese with a bit of maple syrup to put on top.
