April 13 – 19, 2014


Sunday:

breakfast – farmer's skillet breakfast, juice

lunch – skillet meal, side salad

dinner – BBQ grilled chicken, grilled potato/pepper packets, salad


Monday:

breakfast – grain-free banana nut waffles, juice

lunch - FFY

dinner – chicken alfredo, mixed veggies


Tuesday:

breakfast – eggs in ham cups, juice

lunch – tuna salad

dinner – tacos


Wednesday:

breakfast – coconut flour pancakes, berries, juice

lunch – FFY

dinner – crockpot roast beef, potatoes, carrots


Thursday:

breakfast – omelets w/veggie hash, juice

lunch – FFY

dinner – artichoke chicken, garlic bread, glazed carrots


Friday:

breakfast – dairy free smoothies, hard boiled eggs

lunch – soup/salad/leftovers

dinner – lasagna, garlic bread, salad


Saturday:

breakfast – FFY

lunch – leftovers

dinner – pizza, salad

i'll just put from today til the 19th. Just putting dinners.

15th--T-bones, mashed potatoes, salad

16th--tuna casserole, buttered bread

17th--calzones with pepperoni, cheese, sauce

18th--birthday dinner at my sisters-i'm taking mashed potatoes, beef n noodles, punchbowl cake

19th--fried eggs, hash browns, ham and toast
