Hmmm - it' s toss up between The Exorcist, The Ring and Nightmare on Elm Street (the original).

Dead Alive, Day of the Dead, Re-Animator, Blood Feast 1 & 2, Cemetery Man, and May to name a few. I also pretty much love anything by Takashi Miike and. H.G. Lewis as well.
