Hopefully things will start turning around for us...
DF went to a job interview this morning! :D It's for a gas station. He said the 2 people he talked to really liked him..they tried getting his 2nd interview in today as well but the district manager is out of town so he goes back next tuesday to talk to her. The lady that interviewed him said he's what's she's looking for because he's a man and he's "husky" lol..since it'll be 3rd shift (12am-9am) she really wants a man and only women have been coming in. I understand why she wants a man, my dad is a manager at a gas station and at night you can get some really terrible people coming through (wanting to rob and stuff) and she's hoping "he'll scare off people like that" lol plus it's also the time to do the stock. I hope he gets the job!! The only part that will be a problem is the gas, like always...because the store is 1-1.5 hours away (in Savannah).
Pray he gets this job! I really hope and pray this starts a turn around for us. We really need this!!!

Yay! I hope that he gets the job! My DH worked the third shift at a gas station for a while. The hardest part of it was that he slept durning the day. I wonder if they would give him an advance on his pay so that he could get gas?
It is worth it when there's nowhere close that's hiring..he's tried everywhere around here...never gets calls back. These are the first to call him back. It wont be long and we'll be moving closer there.

It's gonna be hard on me because of Piper not wanting to sleep :( Last night I tried 1.5hours to get her to sleep all she wanted to do was scream and cry..he got her for not even 5 minutes and she was out!! I don't know if they would or not, but if they did that it would be hard if he used it and then didn't get any money on his check to keep gas. I just hope something works out so if he does get this job he can keep it.

yeah that's what we're gonna do. when we get the title back for the truck, if he does get this job then he's gonna take a loan out for the title for moving up there..and hopefully he will be able to pay for the loan so we dont lose it :-/

As long as he gets the job with lots of hours it shouldnt be an issue. It looks like things might start looking up.

Yep..it'll be full time 12a-9a..it was either that or 2 or 3 days a week for 2nd shift..not happening.. he said he'd rather do full time which would be better. hopefully things do start looking up for us...he needs a job bad!!

It's frustrating cause she will sleep wonderfully during the day, most of the time she'll go out by herself..but at night she wants to stay awake and cry. I feel like a terrible mom because I get so frustrated, and i know that's why she stays awake :(
