Abby has had respiratory problems since she was a baby. If you have a cool mist humidifier use it and make sure she is elevated when she is sleeping. A swing works wonders for that. You can tell if her breathing is getting more labored by watching her chest, watch for caving when she is trying to take a breath in. If she starts to cough a lot you can also turn the shower on hot and close the door while sitting in the bathroom for a couple of minutes, the warm moist air can help open up her airways.

Wow.. I thought the doctor would have put her in the hospital the moment he found out she had RSV.. especially while she is such a tiny little peanut.
I hope that things go well tomorrow. Please give her a snuggle for me. (((hugs))) to you. Its hard to worry about your little one.

I'm so sorry Mama, I pray it does not get bad..I know exactly what it's like to have a LO in the hospital with RSV..my baby boy who is now a yr old had it when he was 5 weeks old and was admitted to the hospital for 11 days.
