Do you always say "I love you" to eachother when you leave or when getting off the phone?

No. But we often say it at night before going to sleep.

Yes. It's funny because sometimes I forget to say it back.. He'll call me right back and say "I LOVE YOU" louder...

Always, I always want him to know in case something does happen. We always say I love you and give each other a kiss before leaving and when getting off the phone always say I love you!!

Yes we do.  I also leave notes and have a big "I LOVE YOU" sign on the bathroom mirror.   We just recently went through an awful ordeal and almost broke up and through counseling, we have made an even stronger marriage.   Telling each other I Love You and other little things like "your one HOT grampa", and "you have the sexist legs", etc..... is a good way to keep each other feeling loved and needed.
