State one thing your thankful for in your relationship or SO/DH.  I think sometimes it helps to sit back and think of something positive.

He's supportive of everything I choose to do whether it be goals that's I set for myself or even just my feelings towards something. He wasn't always like that in the past and we went through hard times because of it. But now that he does, it means so much more to me.

He's always been my rock, but this past year I've needed it the most and he's there. He's helped more around the House including doing the Dishes every night so that I can go right to bed if I need to. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis last October so my energy only goes so far and by the end of the night I *have* to go to sleep.

I was put on Betaseron in November of last year. It's an injection that I have to have every other day. I have always been and will always be terrified of needles, so there is no way I could ever give them to myself. He does it even though he hates it and apologizes every time because he knows it hurts.

Also, if I'm having a really bad day, he comes home immediately.

The way he HONESTLY only wants what's best for his family... even if he doesn't do it the RIGHT way, he REALLY wants the best for us!
