I need birthday present ideas for my sister....

 So, it's my half-sister's birthday... She's probably 32 or so... we didn't talk for YEARS (long story), until my dad died in 2008 And then she came to my wedding in July of this year. I don't really know TOO much about what she has or doesn't have or her likes or dislikes, but we are a lot alike (we've been told). She REALLY means a LOT to me so I want to get her something good!!!

What the heck do I get her for her birthday tonight? And how much do I spend?

Her boyfriend invited me and hubby out for it to suprise her and I'm SOOOOO excited! (we both REALLY want to hang out and stuff, we're both just still a little uncomfortable about the whole situation, so we haven't yet)

Do you know anything about what she likes or what she's interested in? Hobbies, etc.?

I like giving personal gifts that way it has more meaning to it. It shouldn't matter if you don't spend much on it if there is a meaning behind why you bought it...

Maybe ask her hubby what she's in to...

I think a simple, pretty bracelet would be a nice gift.  its one size fits all, and she will think of you every time she wears it :)
