Spice Up Your Love Life Challenge Day 1: Write It Down
Thank you to everyone who joined our Spice Up Your Love Life Challenge! We hope that the daily activities in this month's challenge will introduce you to new ways to communicate and have fun with your significant other.

February 1, take a moment to reflect on your partner's best qualities. Your activity for today is: Write down 10 things that you love about your SO. Don't be afraid to show him the list when you're done!

2. He is very dedicated to his goals and instead of being negative when my determination falters he is positive and uplifting.
