With Fathers Day coming up...

I thought I would start a post about what we learned from our dads.

I learned:

No one will love you like your dad( or stepdad in my case)

If a man doesn't think you are the center of his world, he doesn't deserve you

How to put an engine in a car (along with basic car repairs)

That my a@@ is grass and he is the lawnmower.

Respect

Whoever doesn't like you for who you are isn't worth your time.

This was just a few to get started.  Take it away, ladies.

I'm looking forward to reading this but won't contribute  because I don't want to bring the post down. I learned a few good things from my dad but the bad outweighs the good by leaps and bounds.

What you must realize is that not everyone has a good dad

I realize that, but I didn't realize that everyone had issues.  I thought I would get a few responses from people with a good relationship with their dad.

My daddy taught Mr alot! Lol he used the your ass is grass and I'm the lawn mower saying too! He taught me that education is the most important thing when you're in school even though he always pushed me to do my best at sports. He taught me how to excel in all that I do. He gave me the love for sports. He showed me that hard work really does pay. He taught me how to change a tore and oil. And most important he showed me love. I've never doubted my daddy's love :)
