OK so first ...i will tell you a little bit about myself.
I am a Canadian, i have one child ...Hope. She is the greatest little girl and will be 9 in may.
I re-connected with my SO when Hope was just 15 months old (august 13th 2003). There was a nationwide black out, and the hydro (electricity) had gone out for about 3 days in my area ...the first night however my SO (stewart) sister came and got myself and Hope and took my back to her parents house because they had a generator..
Let me just add, that at this time i knew Stewart's family for 19 yrs...we grew up in the same neighborhood.
I had just seperated from my husband at the time, and was not looking for anyone to date ..by any means. I was very much happy to have my life to be just me and Hope.
But i spent three days at Stewart's parents house...on the last day when i came back, i had forgotten some items at their house. So i called to let them know i would pick them up the next time i was in the area ...
Stewart offered to drop them off to me that night, since he was already heading out of the house ...
He got to my home , and sat with me for a bit and chatted with me ...when he was on his way out the door...he took a chance and kissed me.
We started just seeing eachother ...it wasn't supposed to be anything serious as i had just seperated from my husband and he had not been in a serious relationship where there was a child involved...
But ...we have been together for going on 8 yrs (august 23rd 2003, is when we decided to give it a shot)...we have a weird relationship that seems to work for us.
We still do not live together after so long , however...Hope now see's him as the ONLY "daddy" figure in his life and has been calling him that for the past 4 yrs.
I look forward to keeping this diary and hope that you all enjoy reading it for the next two weeks!

Ok...so let me share a little bit of a funny story here
About a year after we were together , we were getting prepared for New Years , and i was telling him about this one time when i was a child...how my mom let me bang pots and pans at the end of our sidewalk at 10pm...i was just about to tell him that i had broken the wooden spoon, when HE told me!
I asked him how he knew that ...turns out, he was right there with me the whole time ..but i never remembered that lol.

ok my first entry for the day ...
Stewart came here last night like he usually does ( we only see him on the weekends mostly) ...so this morning, ALL i did was lean on my bed and he wakes up ..jumps to another spot and puts the blankets over him LOL...why? Because i have him sooo not sure if i am going to do something to him while he is sleeping or not lmao..
I dont know when or why , but i started playing around with him and saying things like " thats right babe...go to sleep...you'll be fine....." lol.
Hell the other day , he had the day off due to the weather ( he is a roofer) so he came over here, and we were laying in bed and i sat up and said to him " hey babe i just had a thought" ....he looked at me fully willing to hear out my thought when i said " its in the middle of the day ,you are falling asleep ..and there isnt a child here to wake up with your screams" ...LMAO, the man woke right the hell up and even got out of the bed! LOL
This is pure joking on my part ...i would never do anything to him of course, but he doesnt know that lmao
Dh and my argument today made me so mad, and realized he is lazy
