Thought i would share....

DO buy flowers for your man, he will appreciate them even if he says he doesn't

DO make sacrifices for each other but don't hold them over each other's heads

DO talk to each other at dinner or breakfast or some meal.

DO schedule time for foreplay and making out.

DO slow down and enjoy yourselves and each other

DO learn the art of loving compromise

DO accept your partner for the person they are

DO  go out of your way for each other.  Being romantic only on valentines day (when it's expected) is no big deal.

Do decide to fall in love again...That's it, just decide and do it.  You don't need a book or therapist to tell you how to do it...JUST DO IT>

DO listen with your ears, mind and heart. Listen for the meanings behind your partners words and actions.

DON"T gloat when your right, it only causes resentment

DON'T sulk when your don't get your way, its childish and you loose respect

DON'T undermine your partners authority with your kids

DON'T interrupt when your partner is talking or let your mind wander during conversations.

DON'T take one another for granted.

DON'T expect your partner to read your mind, you only set them up to fail

DON'T be so judgemental all the time,

DON'T try to have a perfect relationship.  There is no such thing.  Expecting one will only paralyze you.  Once you eliminate the goal of perfection you have nothing holding you back.  You lose the fear of "doing it right" and live more spontaneous, enjoyable lives
