Yeah it took me a long time to realize that he saw my "venting" as complaining. When I finally realized it, I had to explain that it doesn't mean that I hate my life/job/family/etc., sometimes I just need to get it off my chest, and he's my best friend so he gets to listen, lol!

Exactly.  I don't complain to/about strangers.....only people close to me get to experience that...lol  He sees it as a negative....I see it as...you made it into my circle...lol

He's picky so there are a lot.

Condescending people.

Dirt or food on the floor under DD's chair.

Shirts being hung on hangers in the wrong direction.

Water on the bathroom floor.

Complaining is one forsure.
But he adamentally hates the microwave clock not having the actual time on and he hates when I leave the toilet seat up! I think only guy who hates that.
