the "snuggle time" question. (please help.)

ok SO & I been together almost 10years now.... (after having 2kids) im about to be 26this september & he's about to be 31 this march..... When we have "snuggle time" i think i am becoming.... "dry" but idk some times my SO stop's b/c he say's, "your too dry & it hurts." & it hurts me to stop having "snuggle time" b/c he has arthritus (sp) & its kinda rare to get "snuggle time" lately..... How can i tell if im "dry" & what can i do to help stay "moist" during "snuggle time" (PS i do drink alot alot alot of water lately like over 5 to 8 bottle's or cup's of water & stop almost with soda & coolaid all together.) please help & tyvm for replying.

All I can think of is to use KY jelly or whatever it's called. Sorry I can't think of anything else.

 Get some lube.  There are several different kinds out there.  You can get some from Walmart or you can go to an adult store and get some.

I would talk to your doctor about this but in the meantime I would say use lube.

Lube is your friend. DO NOT be afraid to use it. Just tell your SO that your hormones are fluctuating. You can also speak to your gyno next visit. It happens to a lot of people. Also, try some extra foreplay to get you going.
