Can you tell him everything?

Do you feel you can tell your significant other everything? Or are there certain things you rather share with your friend or someone else of trust?

That's exactly what I was thinking. I can, but we might not like what we hear sometimes. But I do know he'll love me no matter what.

DH is the only person I can tell everything. In fact I find that I can't not tell him everything, he is my best friend.

I can tell him ANYTHING. Even if it's something he doesn't want to hear or something that's about him. If I couldn't tell him everything, I wouldn't have married him.

I used to think that we should tell each other everything, but I have learned that sometimes that's not a good thing. If it's something between us, we have said some hurtful things that probably would have been better left unspoken. He picks on me about my driving all the time. I caused some damage to our car once, and I let him believe it was something that hit the car while we were traveling. I just didn't want him to have one more thing to bring up when he picks on me. I also feel there's private things my friends have shared with me that he doesn't need to know. So, no, I don't tell him everything anymore.
