I agree with the previous poster (pp) as there's bunches of acronyms you'll need to understand everyone. DS (dear son) and DD (dear daughter) are just a couple others. I use SS and SD since my kids are technically stepkids, not my bio ones. You may wanna check out the post at the top, for new members. It may have the link here. I can't remember what group I saw a post like that in.
