What do you think about large age differences in relationship (if legal ofcourse)? How close in age are you and your SO?

I am 21 almost 22 and DF is 37. We have about 16 years between us and my soon to be step son is only 5 yrs younger than me. Its very odd sometimes lol but hes an amazing person.

i have a problem if there is a big gap. i just dont really think its appropriate.i just think "they were already losing their virginity (or whatever)by the time you were born"

my husband is 28 and im 26, ive also never dated someone more than 3 years older or younger than i am.

why would you have a problem with it...it is not YOUR relationship...so why would you care...it has not baring or meaning to your life, so i guess i dont see why someone else would care what the ages of two consenting adults are who are in a relationship...

Dh is 41, I'm 40.
I don't see a problem with a gap as long as both are adults.

okay...it just didnt come off like that to me...but whatever...i guess i just dont understand people who have problems with other people relationships...what business is it of yours...i just dont get why it would bother you...it is not effecting your daily life so i guess i just dont understand that mind set is all

As long as it doens't bother you, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. My hubby is 25 and I am 22.

I am 2 1/2 years older than my hubby.  I used to date older but nothing over 6.  I was kind of seeing this guy (more of a friend with benefits type of thing) that was 9 years and even that was just too weird for me.

For me I would never be with anyone younger then me just because of past experience of no more then a yr younger then me. I also would only go above my age a few years. My husband is 18months older then me and I like it that way. I have seen that a lot of older men who like younger women tend to be very dominant in the relationship and that is why they choose someone younger.
