my dh came home on break in a mood, bad day at work, an i noticed how it kinda affected me, made me react to him differently, an made me a tad cranky

does your so or dh's mood affect you

Yes, when he's upset/stressed/bad mood I get bitchy very quickly.  I don't know why.  He's the same way when I'm in a bad mood.  Maybe cause we try to fix it and when we can't we get crabby too?  IDK?

Sometimes but if he gets to snippy I just go on about my day and ignore him. Usually he doesn't though

Yes, it can affect me. Which is why if we are in bad moods, we just tend to keep to ourselves. It is better for everyone, LOL.

/ooo I get mad. Like really. Mad. I get everyone has bad days. But with the new billion and a half preggo hormones coursing through my veins.. his bad days are left at the door. My job is mentally stressful his is physically stressful. I will rub his whatevrr is hurting and he can come home and stroke my ego. Lol I just can't deal with it while preggo. When I'm not its fine whatever.

It's a psychological fact that any singular negative mood can affect a whole room of otherwise positive people... so yes, when my guard is down, my hubby's occasional crankiness can have an impact on my over-all mood... I just take a deep breath and give him and myself some space until it passes sufficiently. :)

all the time! Trouble is, he doesn't seem to understand that, and all of the sudden I'M taking the heat for his bad day!
