he tried to kiss your friend's hand, twice!

The friend shake his hand when she leaves their house and he pulls her hand up and tries to kiss it. She pulls hand away before he does. He asks for hand back to shake and then he tries to kiss it again. He is laughing the whole time and joking and has had a few beers.

Would it upset you if your dh acted like this to your friend?

Is it something he normally does?  If so, then no.

If my husband did that, I would most likely be pissed because that is completely not him, so it would make me very suspicious.  He doesn't even shake hands with any of my/our mutual friends.  And forget giving them a hug, he'd probably run away screaming lol.  My best friend's husband gives me a hug when we see each other (and it's always in a group setting..meaning me and my DH, my best friend and him), I don't see a problem with that.  One of DH's co-workers, he kisses my cheek or forehead when he's over for dinner or at work functions...It's totally innocent because that's just who he is, but it makes me uncomfortable.

No, but I'm from the south and a man kissing a lady's hand isn't a big deal.

I might have smacked him upside the head for that one.  She clearly wasn't feeling the joke and he was clearly acting like a jacka** because of the beer!!

I had a few guys do that its just "weird". But I'm not dead from it! I would think my hubs would be weird if tried to do that?! Not sure how I would feel? Or react?!
