So many times I've seen other posts about everyone's aimals.Usually i just post a few pictures of mine in the replies. This time i thought i would post mine and tell you all a little about each of them. Hope you enjoy my animals. Please feel free to post pics of your own.
Ashley, my Scottish Fold. She's almost two years old. We will be breeding here in the next 6-9 months with one of the new kittys we got two weeks ago. Some of you may remember her by the post i made about her swallowing 5 feet of yarn. (It took $3,000.00 to save her life)
Big Head. My daughter's second cat. He is one of the kittens from her first cat. ( An unintentional pregnancy. She escaped one day while we were bringing groceries in. By the time we found her she was infested with fleas and pregnant.) The first kitten was the real Big head. But when the kittens wnt in to get fixed the two grays cats were accidentally switched. So his first name was actually Whiner. He's 5.
Cherokee. She's one of our new animals. She was born in March sometime. ( In Korea you rarely get the actual birth date) She was named after my cousins Husky /Wolf mix. She's learning quicker than i thought she would. A few minutes ago i got her to shake for the first time. My main issue with her is eating her food WAY TOO FAST. She's my first big dog, so it will be a learning experience for both of us.
Our birds. They're all about three years old. The yellow keet has a major attitude. And the tiel thinks he's a keet. (Names are Darby, keet: Daisy, yellow keet, and Nibbles, Green keet.
Fiona, my husband ferret. She's almost 3. SUCH A SWEETY. Unfortunately when we return to the states we won't be able to take her home because in a lot of states they are illegal. We will miss her.
Kanga, my little princess. She was supposed to be a normal size Chihuahua but she's a toy. Her highest weight was 2.3 pds. But usually she's about 1.7. She's very fragile. We have to be very careful with her. Right now our Husky can't be out when she is. She just turned 2 this month.
Kiara, my daughters new Scottish Fold. She has to be kept in a room by herself, usually in a kennel. Because she is being treated for a eye infection. She's 5 weeks old. Because my daughter does most of the caring, except her meds, at this point i don't really know much about her. But she seems like she's going to be a lover. She is our newest and final addition. At least until we get back home. Then we will get some livestock, pig, goat, sheep, chickens, and ducks. Maybe a horse and cow if we are able to get enough land. (Anyways that's my dream and has been since i was 7)
Minnie my daughters cat. The pet store was getting ready to throw her away because she had a respiratory infection. (she barely had teeth buds) It didn't take much for my daughter to talk me into taking her home. Now she's a hefty kitty with major attitude. She's about 2 years old.
My mini poodle,Roo. He doesn't take good pictures. So unless i actually get another good one of him this will be the only one i post of him. He just turned a year old this month. He's our HYPER one. Most the time i can deal with it,but he drives my daughter and husband nits most the time. But he was also in his play pen most of the time the last year due to my left side pain and my daughter and husband not knowing how to care for dogs.
Sammy and Shelly. We like them and make sure they are cared for, the best we know how. But we will never get water turtles again. (Thankfully last time i posted this picture a Cafe mom told me i didn't have enough water in the tank.SO now they have the right amount of water)I have no idea how old they are. They have been passed from one PCSIng family to the next. As far as i know we are the third family to have them.
Scout, my husband new Yorkie. We got him almost a month ago. He drives me nuts. But i don't blame it on him. I blame it on the owner who knows nothing about training dogs.He bites thinking your hands are toys when you pick him up. I kept telling husband, when he thought it was cute, that it would turn out bad if he didn't teach him from the beginning that it wasn't OK. Now he's having to try and break him of it.
Simba, my new kitty. I manly got him to breed to my Scottish Fold (the first cat). He's such a little sweety. But i have to break him from putting his tongue up my nose, lol. He's one of our new ones. 2-3 mths old. We were told he was born sometime in March. He will also be a mate for my daughters Scottish Fold.
Sophie,10 years old. I can't express how sweet and lovable this kitty is. (she's mine) She's a mixed Manx. I found her when she had no teeth and couldn't even open her eyes at a duck pond. The ducks had really messed her and her brother up. I re homed the boy but after having to bottle feed her and nursing her through a severe respiratory infection i couldn't bare to say good bye. At the time we lived in a apartment that didn't allow animals, except fostering. Thankfully i was able to talk my landlord into letting me keep her.Right now she's in CO with my MIL and her family, because she didn't do too well with the yellow dust. I haven't seen her, besides pics. in a little over a year.Once we get back to the states she will be coming home.
We also have two fish. But while here we refuse to get anymore fish. It's very hard to keep the fish alive here.

She loves them. She likes to chase Scout around the cage. A few days ago she got him by the tail, yet he still continues to play with her through the cage.
Quoting nicole6870:
How does the ferret do around the kids and other animals?

It would be so nice if they could talk, lol.

Oh i know,My Kanga would probably drive me nuts. She thinks she has to be carried everywhere and hates it when i refuse to pick her up.

I think it would be pretty neat but I would be scared at the same time. Knowing my dog he would probably say "WTH is that crap you feed me" or something like that. LOL!!
