I'm new to this site, and I see a lot of people using abbreviations to refer to people in their lives. I have "SO" figured out to be "significant other". However, with most of the others I am totally clueless..lol. Can anyone help me out? What is DH, DD, D1, etc? Please feel free to fill me in on all the abbreviations I've missed. I know there are more. Thanks in advance for your replies. :)

Darlin daughter and if they have more than one, it would say dd1 for darling daughter 1. Dh is darling husband or damn husband and so on.

If you are a member of nc's they have a list of abbreviations.
