Mine works construction and I give him major props today for working outside...its the hottest day in IL in seven years I believe and hats off to him for working in this damn heat! I went to take the trash out a few mins ago and nearly died out there!!!

He is currently looking for a job but he's in management usually in manufacturing (car) industry (he has had recent interviews with chrysler ford and general motors so hoping .. please cross your fingers and pray for us) One thing he takes great pride in is anyplace he has ever worked his employees tell him that he is their favorite boss they ever had bc he listens to them, respects them and shows them appreciation I'm so proud of him. .... he is 2 classes away from his masters degree in management .... by the time he retires he hopes to be a college professor though. that's his dream job.
