Mine works construction and I give him major props today for working outside...its the hottest day in IL in seven years I believe and hats off to him for working in this damn heat! I went to take the trash out a few mins ago and nearly died out there!!!

How about your SO/DH, what do they do?

OK, I think I have seen something similar to those before! My husband has had to buy tools 'last minute' and those were the guys he's bought from I believe...

Quoting yourpassion:

It's a mobile store (kinda like a bread truck). he has specific accounts he calls on each day of the week. It's full of tools, any kind you need, he has! :-)
He has a website too.

Quoting PrinceMomma486:

I have to ask...what are snap on tools? Sounds like something we'd buy!

Quoting yourpassion:

My dh is a snap-on tools dealer.

He just recently got out of the Army, and he was a fuel mechanic then a driver for the Garrison Commander. But now he's in school for welding. So he welds all day.

Plumbing is a great field. Both of my cousins are plumbers and have been since high school. They've made a great career out of it..one owns his Plumbing business and the other one just passed his Master's test, and is going to open his own business up to.

Quoting fostermomoftwo:

ya before this he was in the special forces and went higher than that......and dealt with anti terrorism, he could work for the CIA right now if he wanted to, but it would be in the field of terrorism which is a dangerous job, so heck no!

yup he has couple more years till he becomes a master plumber but he works with the owners' son who will be taking over the business and ill probably start doing the book keeping for them.

they do that and sprinkler systems. lots of work and he loves it
