Ok so I am going on 23 an dmy child's father/boyfriend is just now 43 (last week). My question is, does anyone else relate to me with such an age gap difference and does it seem to work out fine for u? I really enjoy having an older man but i get so much grief from people about it. my childs grandparents aand dad are like the same age...ha ha. I am truly happy with him but i'd just like to hear other's points of views about the situation and how's it working for u or did it fail?

BUT imho, I think your age gap is really weird... but, if you guys are happy, who am I to judge you... ya know? Dont let other people get in your head. Age really is just a number (once you are legal lol).....

My husband and I are almost 15 years apart. I am now 37 and he just turned 52. We have been together for almost 13 years, married almost 10 (in September). We began our relationship when I was 24 & he was 39. Mom my was only 7 years older than him & my dad is only 8 years older than him.
We have never had issues with people when it comes to our age gap. I don't know if we just didn't notice because we didn't care, or if people just didn't think much of it because we appeared closer to each others age. Either way, it has never been an issue for us.
As far as our relationship goes, we get along amazingly. He is my best friend & I am his. We have been to hell and back with some of the things that have gone on in our life & it has just made us stronger and closer.

we are only a year and 5 days apart. Eh, they say that men age slower than women and yeah some days it is like I have 3 kids instead of just 2. I couldnt relate to a man my Dad's age and my parents divorced and they were 11 years apart.
