I'm married I didn't get to do a lot of what I wanted but everything came out so fun and beautiful df actually gave me an amazing surprise I didn't expect any of my family to be there and he convinced my dad to come :D so when I walked out my dad was there ready to walk me to walk down the aisle I was so happy it was an amazing little wedding I loved it ill post pics when i get the chance

NOT exactly this, but something similar to cover up that hose thing. But it looks like it's like right in the middle of your path from the house to the ceremony so ANYTHING you do is going to be awkward.
You could staple gun a white sheet or burlap to the stairs to cover them up for pictures because they WILL show. I know it's not your house so home repairs are not going to happen, but by securely stapeling a sheet to the stairs you will make sure that your pictures can at least be cropped to look ok. It's called a "grand entrance' for a reason, everyone will be looking at you and it might be the first time he sees you, it is kinda a big deal.
I love what someone else suggested with the hay bales and pumkins to cover up the sides of the porch area and to line the aisle.
This could just be gathering all your potted plants, plus friends' and neighbors' for no cost, aside from the pumpkins which you can use for Halloween too.

Also do youknow anyone who plays the guitar that might be able to play while you walk down the aisle?
I just planned our DIY ceremony this past Spring, but I spent almost a year on the details and crafts. I know you're under a time crunch! :oD
Also the tree where you will be saying I Do should have some sort of decoration. I did a big heart with a monogram of our last name, plus some floral. But you can keep it simple and still have it be important. I think hay bales would be great if you could get your hands on some and again with the potted plants and pumpkins.
Actually I looked at the picture a little more closely of the house, it is not that bad. It is nice and clean. The only thing is to cover where the boards are missing along the bottom. Myabe like others suggest put bales of hay, and pumpkins and pretty gourds, fall flowers in pretty pots.
we re gana try getting some pumkins and stuff lets see how it goes

I love this for covering up the hose.

This bottom picture was actually from my wedding. ;oD
I am so happy it turned out well for you. Congratulations on being a new MRS.
