National Family Bowling Day (or kids bowl free day) /Call and check with your local bowling area to see if they offer free bowling for your kids today/

No patience for chess so bowling all the way here :)

 Hubby and I are bowlers. We bowl on a league every other Saturday night, he bowls on a league every other Saturday night (alternate from the league we bowl on) and I bowl on a league every Monday night andd we try to practice bowl on Friday nights or Sunday afternoons.

We sometimes bowl.  Our local bowling alley has a kids bowl free program in the summer, so we signed our son up and then bought a pass for us for $25.00, allowing each of us 2 games per day all summer long.  We only used it a few times, but it was enough to pay for itself.

 I cant bowl without the toddler bumpers, and I dont know the rules for chess.
