I think if someone in my house said "I feel lied to" the other would try to rectify the situation.  Honesty is very important to both my husband and I.  We might be offended at the implied accusation, but we would realize it's NOT an accusation, it's just a statement and we would try to assauge the damage. 

"I'm sorry, I don't mean to make you feel like I'm lying.  Here is the whole, honest truth."

It depends on who are talking to and who you are talking about.
