He gave me a ring and says "this is what you have wanted isnt it?"
The bf gave me an absolutely beautiful diamond ring yesterday. It was totally unexpected. When I opened it he said "thats what you have been wanting isnt it?" So what do I take this ring as....I wanted to be engaged.
ask him if it means "we're engaged"

He was very serious. There was a large box, which i kind of figured was a jewelry box. Then there was the small box. I went to open the ring box and he said "you might want to wait on that until you open the other box. But it doesnt make a difference."
