End of Oct in Toronto when I was visiting my brother and his family. It is just too expensive where I am.

BOCES. It only costs $7.00 and it gives the girls the experience. It's all supervised and besides, it's hair, it will grow back. Actually the last cut I got from BOCES was better than the one I paid $14.00 plus tip from an actual hair salon.
