did anyone here ever get married as a teenager???

i hear alot about it but i just wanna know how that works..like are u guys happy??  how is that going for you guys?? just in case i ever get married to the father of my maybe baby lol.

DH and I got married when I was 18 and he was 19. And no we were not pregnant. We just felt that it was the right time for us. We have had our fair share of the ups and downs but we are doing better than ever. Our 13 year wedding anniversary is this Monday 1-7-13!

I was 19 & he was 20. We didn't have our first baby until 7 years later. We'd been together 3 years (& lived together 1.5 years) before we tied the knot. We got married because we were crazy about each other. We still are. Been married 13 years. I think the success or demise of such a thing really depends on the couple & the circumstances. It's all relative.

I was 19 when we got married. DH was 23. We just celebrated 9 years this week. We have two girls--5 & 3. We're expecting our third girl in March.

Dh proposed when he was 16, he wanted to get married when he turned 18 (I would have already been 18 by then). But we decided to wait, we got married at 21 amd didn't have dd until 5 years later. If we had gotten married at 18, I'm pretty sure we'd still be married but things would have been harder. Because I waited to get married, my parents covered almost all of my bachelor's degree so I got out with almost no student loans.

I settled down at 16 and got pregnant at 19...I'm undecided on my relationship now. I personally regret getting w him so young. Make sure your ready for a long term commitment. I'm not married, just living together.
