We booked our honeymoon omg!

But

we have never been on a cruise. This is a 5 day Bahama cruise.

What should we take.

Not take.

Can we sneak alcohol? How?

Excursion? worth it?

Tips?

they sell alcohol on the ship and they will probably confiscate it if they find it in your bag. I would buy the alcohol in the duty free shop, or in the first port of call. excursions are a lotof fun, definitely worth it if you find something that interests both of you. otherwise just make your own excursion. my dh and I paid for one excursion in Mexico, it was lunch and a city tour. was a lot of fun but we still had a long while left over so we went for a walk, found some amazing places on our own. I would bring clothes for the climate, if that makes sense, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, batjing suits, flip flops, tennis shoes, etc.

What cruise line.   Some allow you to bring a bottle of wine per person.   You are also allowed to bring 1 12 pack of soda (or equivelant) of a non alcholoic beverage (soda, water, juice) on Carnival.   Tips can be prepaid and I highly suggest it.    Also when you "charge" on board for things like drinks they automatically include the tip.  

We have been on 16 cruises and have done some of the excursions but we are not ones to be tied down to a time so often we just explore on our own.    Which islands are you going to?
