I have a 4 month old son who is nursed and my husband wants to know when will he be off the boob? I told him a yr old.. What do u ladies think?

Df already knows my goal is two years and supports me. My ex did not support me at all and would ask quite often when we would stop after I told him my goal several times. In the end my youngest and I made our goal of 2 years

Did you tell him the reasons? He probably didn't grow up with BFing and it makes him uncomfy. Best to discuss it openly and without animosity.

Whenever I damn well feel like it lol. I kinda got forced off at about 10-11 mo with my son. I'm 5 1/2 months pregnant again and I am determined to go the full year or even longer.

We talked about it n he said that 1 is too old.. I said no that's a good age because he starts whole milk I tried giving my son formula bu he rejects it so no matter how my husband feels if my son won't take formula I have to nurse

A year for me- that's as long as I can give my boobs to someone else. LOL.
When you and the baby feel like it. A year sounds like a good goal the aap recommends at least a year I believe
