I need to remember to drink green tea more often. I have always been in fit shape. Even after baby number 5, I am 5'7 and got my weight back down to 127 within 3 months of having her. Now baby number 6 is turning 3 soon and I am at 150. I keep telling my SO that baby number 6 killed my metabolism. lol.

I don't completely agree with 1-4.
Water is water. Get at least a gallon a day at any temperature.
Building muscle is a better use of your time than supplementing with green tea. I'm not an expert but making your whole body healthy would probably do more and be better than making a habit out of whatever happens to be trendy lately.
Working out until faint isn't good either. Comfortably push yourself for 30 minutes to an hour. If you can't talk while you're doing it, you're pushing too hard and you could hurt yourself.
Although vitamins are good for you, eating a healthy, balanced diet is better. You know what you're eating and can see it rather than trusting a pill someone may have measured wrong. People have gotten seriously ill by trusting vitamins to do more than a healthy diet.
The last few are ok although the whole list sounds a bit like it came from someone with an eating disorder. Which is no good.
