I had three showers for my dd...
My exs family and I dont mix...they dislike eachother so they both made a baby shower and then my friends fr school made one.. it was very nice of them. I only bought the crib because I wanted to and I didn't need anything for a long while. Heck thw pampers lasted a few months!

Yes......a large one. My son was a surprise.....after 10 years of marriage. We had stopped hopeing....so my sisters said if I ever had a kid......they'd throw the biggest baby shower ever........and they did.

With my first one I had two, one at home with friends and family and one at work. The at work one was an after I had the baby shower though. Because the week I was saposed to have it the dr put me on bed rest.  With my sun I had a lunch with my mom/mil sister/SIL and BFF and they gave me presents and stuff.

Well I had 2 planned but had to cancel them both.because I went into the hospital at 33 weeks and delivered 34 weeks unexpectedly. So everyone just brought me their presents while visiting me.
