My biggest would probably have to be....when my DH takes a shower and then leaves his towel on the toilet....that just bothers the crap out of me. Why on the toilet....can't you hang it on the rack??????

I've learned to pick my battles, if I don't fix my pockets/on purpose, he loses a sock and all the kitchen cabinets open...

I HATE having any doors open, especially at night! Lol. And yes, also cabinets and drawers left wide open annoy me. Oh and I hate it when there's complete silence in the house. I always have to have some sort of background noise; tv or radio.

I seem to have a different definition of " quirk"
My quirk is the way I shop. I look straight ahead and run my hands across the clothes until I "feel " something yummy soft.
Only then do I look and pick that item up. :-) Pure cotton, please!
