Yep, kinda. I used an epilator so it is more like ripping the hair out than actual shaving, but same idea.

Not gonna lie, it did at first. But it really didn't so much the more I used it. I have been using one for nearly 10 years and I couldn't imagine using anything else. I LOVE shaving ONCE a week (tops!)...
