I go to bed by 8 pm when i have to get up at 4:30am for work and between 6:30 and 7 when i have to get up at 2:30am to go into work early. Im a morning person. Hubby is night owl stays up till 2-5 am

Yes. I work evening and my husband until recently worked overnights. I have issues sleeping without him and now I'm having issues sleeping at night all together.
