i cannot figure out why i have no sex drive anymore. i haven't since a couple months after dd was born which was over a year ago. dh is still good and wants it like "normal" i guess but i have to convince myself to do anything and that's usually only because i feel bad that i'm not pleasing my dh. i want to enjoy that area of our marriage again and i have tried everything i can think of (including googling the subject on several occasions and buying new "toys" to try) but nothing has changed. i'm only 24, this can't be normal right? has anyone else experienced this? what did you do?

I experienced that after I had my second son( I was 21). I was just too tired I never wanted to have sex. Is it maybe because you are tired? Do you take medicines because some meds can reduce your sex drive also.

I'm going through that now. I think it's a hormone issue for me, are you on any birth control?

Oh yeah. I have this problem. I just had to tell myself that I had to try. Once I get into it I do get turned on. I know a lot of women are against porn but its helped our sex life immensly. There are supplements for owomen too that you can take to increase arrousal if your against porn.

once you get out of sex it is hard to get back into it.  A lot of people recommend just having sex even if your not horny (with consent of course).  This helps get things back in the motion.  There is this 30 day sex test that is recommended by pastors of all people to get people back into having sex.  You pretty much have sex everyday for 30 days horny or not.  It seems a little wrong  I know, but it does help out.  I was never horny and my df and fought a lot we almost broke up and we realized the problems in our relationship.  Sex was a big one, he didn't feel like I needed him and that I didn't find him attractive.  So we started having sex even if I was not horny and it has helped me get back into the motion.

Do you breastfeed? That's what I think started mine, I'm still nursing and my drive is just nonexistent.

no meds (other than bc but i just started that last month) and i'm tired more than i used to be before i had dd but not that much. i just feel bad because dh mentions sex and my mind automatically shuts down and tells my body "umm no way". and i know it's not dh because he's still handsome to me so i know i haven't lost my attraction to him. idk lol i'm lost!
