pluck an occasional stray.  Isn't tweezing and plucking the same thing?

I would but I have never needed to in my entire life, they are a really pale brown and more sparse than I'd like so there are never any stray hairs in  wrong place or extra  hairs or anything to get rid of, luckily they grow in the perfect shape for me but  on the downside I HAVE to wear eyebrow makeup to make them show up enough, so I do hate that part, if not for that I'd consider myself lucky. lol
