My diets only work when I journal what and how much I eat. As soon as I stop journal-ling I underestimate how much I'm eating and I start re-gaining all the weight I lost.
That being said...the period tracker on my phone has an option to track when you're having sex. Since the tracker also shows your fertile days I'm sure they assumed sex journal-ers would be trying to get pregnant, but I think I might start using it to make sure I'm having sex with my husband.
Per my DH, I am overestimating how often we do it.
Anyone else disagree with their DH over the frequency of your copulation? Do you think journal-ling sex would be helpful?
